About the Company
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven E-commerce Associate to support the growth and operations of our marketplace business. The role involves managing day-to-day marketplace activities, optimizing listings, coordinating fulfilment, and driving performance through data-backed decisions across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce channels.

The E-commerce Associate will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and operations of our marketplace business.
Responsibilities
- Marketplace Management
- Manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
- Ensure accurate product content, pricing, and availability
- Monitor and optimize listings for visibility and conversion
- Coordinate inventory updates and maintain stock health
- Strategy & Growth Execution
- Support execution of marketplace growth strategies aligned with business goals
- Assist in campaign planning, promotions, and seasonal activities
- Identify opportunities to improve GMV, sell-through, and profitability
- E-commerce Operations
- Work hands-on with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams for smooth order fulfilment
- Track order processing, dispatch timelines, and delivery performance
- Manage returns and ensure timely resolution
- Key Account & Vendor Management
- Maintain relationships with marketplace account managers
- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with platform policies
- Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for stock replenishment and issue resolution
- Inventory & Demand Planning
- Track inventory levels and maintain optimal stock across channels
- Support demand forecasting based on sales trends and campaigns
- Prevent stock-outs and overstock situations
- Reporting & Analytics
- Track and analyze key performance metrics: GMV, Daily Sales, Sell-through CTR, CVR, CPC, ACOS
- Build SKU-level dashboards and performance reports
- Share weekly and monthly insights with actionable recommendations
- Purchase Order (PO) & Reconciliation
- Manage channel-wise PO processing and fulfilment tracking
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely dispatch
- Handle invoice reconciliation and payment tracking
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations
- Hands-on experience with:
- Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
- Flipkart Seller Hub
- Quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) preferred
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPC, ACOS)
- Good coordination and communication skills
