E-commerce Product Manager D2C & Marketplace Growth


Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for HamaraGharr. This role combines product development, eCommerce strategy, and data-driven scaling to build high-converting, high-demand Vastu products.

The ideal candidate understands what sells, why it sells, and how to scale it profitably.


Key Responsibilities- Product Strategy & Development

  • Identify and develop high-demand Vastu and spiritual products
  • Create unique bundles, kits, and differentiated offerings
  • Define product positioning, pricing, and value proposition
  • Work closely with vendors for sourcing, sampling, and production


- E-commerce Growth & Optimization

  • Own product performance across D2C website (Shopify) + marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Optimize product pages (images, copy, pricing, offers) for higher conversions
  • Improve key metrics: Conversion Rate, AOV, Retention, ROAS


- Data & Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze product-level KPIs (sales, returns, reviews, CAC, LTV)
  • Identify winning products and scale them aggressively
  • Continuously optimize underperforming SKUs


- Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Study competitors, trends, and customer behavior
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for new product launches
  • Use insights to improve product-market fit


- Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage complete journey from idea launch scale optimization
  • Plan and execute new product launches
  • Continuously improve packaging, quality, and customer experience


- Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with performance marketing team for ad creatives & funnels
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for product storytelling
  • Align with operations for inventory planning & fulfillment


Requirements

  • 36 years experience in E-commerce Product Management / D2C brands
  • Strong expertise in Shopify, Amazon, or similar platforms
  • Proven experience in launching and scaling consumer products
  • Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
  • Deep understanding of consumer psychology & conversion triggers


Preferred / Bonus

  • Experience in Vastu / home decor / spiritual / lifestyle products
  • Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads)
  • Experience in branding, packaging, and funnel optimization
