Jaey is Indias first size-inclusive power-dressing brand - think Raymond, but for women.

We sell through our own website and marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and Zilo. As we scale, were looking for someone to manage the day-to-day execution of our ecommerce operations.

This role is for someone who enjoys getting things done, solving problems fast, and keeping operations running smoothly every single day.

Comfortable handling repetitive but critical daily tasks

Calm under pressure and able to manage urgent timelines

Good communicator with internal teams and external partners

Street-smart and proactive

No fashion background required - this is a pure operations role.

What Youll Own

Order & Delivery Operations

Daily order processing across D2C and marketplaces

Tracking dispatches, deliveries, returns, and RTOs

Following up with logistics partners for delays

Ensuring smooth order flow from warehouse customer

Returns & Customer Issue Resolution

Managing return requests and exchanges

Coordinating with warehouse and customer support

Reducing RTOs and failed deliveries

Daily Operations Tracking

Maintaining trackers for orders, returns, and issues

Identifying and flagging operational gaps

Ensuring no order or issue falls through the cracks

Internal Coordination

Working closely with warehouse, customer support, and merchandising

Escalating delays or blockers proactively

Who Were Looking For

Bachelors degree (any field)

Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to manage high-volume daily operations

Willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup

Structure & Compensation:

You will be hired as an intern for the first 3 months, and upon satisfactory performance, you'll be promoted to a full-time employee on completion of your internship.

Salary is reflective of experience and knowledge, aligned with industry standards.
