Role: Operations & Customer Support Executive

Location: Wagholi, Pune (On-site)

Languages Required: Hindi & English

Responsibilities:

Customer support (calls + chats)

Assigning courier & shipment coordination

Handling exchanges & returns

NDR follow-ups

COD order confirmation calls

Email support

Managing Excel sheets & order data

Packing and dispatching products

Timing: 11 AM 8 PM

Salary: 10,000 15,000/month

Were looking for someone who is:

Detail-oriented

Good with communication

Comfortable handling daily ops & customer queries

Has basic Excel knowledge

Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment
