We are looking for an experienced and result-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage the companys online sales operations and digital marketplace presence. The candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing e-commerce platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Manage and optimize the companys e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.

Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.

Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams for smooth execution of online activities.

Monitor product listings, pricing, inventory, and order management processes.

Analyze website and sales performance data to improve conversion rates and customer engagement.

Handle marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.

Ensure smooth order processing, returns management, and customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and digital marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online marketplace management.

Experience handling platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.

Knowledge of digital marketing, online sales strategies, and customer engagement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.

Prior experience in e-commerce management or online business operations is preferred.

Experience in the jewellery, fashion, or luxury product industry.

Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and inventory management systems.

• Knowledge of performance marketing and marketplace advertising tools.
