Ecommerce Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager based in Rajkot. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee and optimize the online shopping platform to drive sales and improve customer experiences. Daily responsibilities include managing e-commerce operations, analyzing sales data, creating and implementing online marketing strategies, tracking website performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and strategizing initiatives to enhance online visibility and sales. The role requires hands-on involvement in maintaining product listings, optimizing digital campaigns, and ensuring seamless customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce experience, including knowledge of managing online platforms like Amazon, flipkart, meesho etc., and optimizing product listings
• Solid understanding of Marketing strategies and techniques to drive traffic and conversions for an e-commerce platform
• Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, website performance metrics, and ongoing campaign effectiveness
• Sales and Communication skills to drive strategies for revenue growth and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and strategize for long-term e-commerce growth
• Familiarity with consumer behavior and preferences in the kids and parenting product sector is a plus
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing tools.
