Ecommerce Manager

We're Hiring: Ecommerce Manager | Mylonex | [Hybrid / Remote]

Mylonex is looking for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to own and grow our digital presence end-to-end. If you love driving online revenue, optimizing the customer journey, and turning data into decisions and using ai based interactive imagery we'd love to talk.

About the Role

As our E-commerce Manager, you'll be the owner of our digital storefront responsible for traffic, conversion, AOV, and overall online P&L. You'll work closely with marketing, operations, supply chain, and tech teams to deliver a seamless experience for customers and partners.

What You'll Do

• Manage the day-to-day operations of our fabric sourcing platform
• Own the product catalog: listings, pricing, imagery, descriptions, and category merchandising
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal launches with the marketing team
• Drive performance through SEO, paid ads, email/CRM, and CRO initiatives
• Oversee buyer-side notification flows order confirmations, shipping updates, abandoned cart, returns, and post-purchase journeys
• Manage supplier communication, notifications (email and whatsapp) and flows order alerts, stock sync, dispatch confirmations, SLA tracking
• Analyze site performance, sales, and funnel data to continuously optimize the experience
• Track KPIs (sessions, conversion rate, AOV, repeat rate, ROAS) and report on revenue performance

What We're Looking For

• 47 years of experience in E-commerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Hands-on experience with B2B tech platforms and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads etc
• Strong understanding of E-commerce flow, digital marketing, performance funnels, and CRO
• Experience managing notification/automation flows and third-party integrations
• Solid analytical skills comfort with Excel/Sheets, dashboards, and data storytelling
• Bonus: experience with fabric sourcing b2b marketplaces
