Requirements

CONSIDERED FAVOURABLY 3 to 5 years of e-commerce experience across D2C, marketplaces, and ideally B2B platforms.

Shopify proficiency you have managed a live store: catalogue, themes, apps, order flows. Marketplace fluency comfortable navigating seller portals on a daily basis.

Performance marketing literacy able to read Meta and Google reports, identify gaps, and hold an agency to account.

Agency management experience scrutinising external design and advertising teams.

CRM and post-sales fluency review management, logistics coordination, RTO reduction. Strong written communication for briefs, copy, and product descriptions.

Analytical foundation comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and decisions backed by data. Toys or kids' products background
