Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our online storebackend, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers
Optimize product pages, including writing compelling product descriptions, managing inventory, and updating pricing.
Assist with the processing and fulfillment of online orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Oversee inventory management and ensure timely pickup and delivery by coordinating with the offline store team.
Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ecommerce trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions.

Requirements:

Diploma/Graduation in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in ecommerce.
Proficient in using ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento etc.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
A passion for ecommerce and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of our online business.
Proficiency in English langauge.
