Dynamic 365

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP solutions
• Build plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom APIs
• Customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware
• Work on Finance & Operations customizations (X++, extensions, reports)
• Handle data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF)
• Create technical design documents and support UAT / Go-Live
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders
• Provide production support and resolve technical issues
