Your work profile Define and execute AWS cloud strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligning with business objectives and transformation goals. Lead enterprise-scale AWS platform engineering, including Landing Zones, Control Tower, and multi-account governance frameworks. Establish and enforce cloud governance, security, and risk frameworks, ensuring compliance and operational excellence. Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, CloudFormation, and CDK, with reusable modules and automation patterns. Oversee reliability engineering and SRE practices, including SLIs/SLOs, incident management, and resilience engineering. Implement end-to-end observability frameworks using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, X-Ray, OpenTelemetry, and APM tools. Lead cloud cost optimization (FinOps) initiatives, including rightsizing, savings plans, and ROI tracking. Govern a portfolio of AWS transformation programs, managing delivery, risks, dependencies, and executive communication. Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Application teams to ensure integrated and secure cloud solutions.
