Digital Innovation & Program Strategy Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Systems & Analysis

Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports to support decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all program locations. Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data.

2. Technology & Digital Innovation

Explore, test, and evaluate emerging technologiesincluding AI tools, digital design platforms, and data solutionsto enhance program delivery.

Develop and refine digital tools and workflows that strengthen reporting, monitoring, and program management.

Support the integration of technology solutions into the Foundations existing systems. Work with partners and tech vendors to pilot innovative digital models.

3. Scaling-Up Strategy Support

Generate insights that inform scaling-up strategy across geographies.

Build data-driven models to assess the feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and impact of program expansion.

Produce strategy briefs and recommendations for senior leadership based on field and data findings.

Support cross-functional teams in designing scalable processes and frameworks.

4. Field Engagement & Partner Support

Conduct field visits to verify data quality and observe on-ground program implementation.

Train and support NGOs, field teams, and community workers on data collection tools and reporting standards.

Strengthen partner capacity to use digital tools and embrace tech-enabled processes
