Role Context

PALLANT is helping one of India's most respected engineering institutions hire for a senior Individual Contributor (IC) role: a DGM who can program-lead advanced AI and tech curricula from academic design to delivery-execution. Role Details

Department - Product Management

Location - Bengaluru (on-site, full-time)

Position - Deputy General Manager

Reports to - Skip-level to CEO

Nature - Online; product leadership

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Translate approved academic designs into delivery-ready offerings.
• Ensure operational & technical readiness before cohort launch.
• Work with IT/LMS to deploy labs, cloud infra, coding platforms.
• Run Technical Go-Live Reviews; mitigate deployment risks.
• Evaluate tech-stack needs; coordinate IT, cloud vendors, lab providers.
• Maintain quality dashboards; run post-cohort reviews.
• Coordinate across faculty, IT, marketing & student success.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1015 years' professional experience.
• Strong experience in technology services firms (mandatory).
• Program management / delivery leadership track record.
• Enterprise systems, cloud infra, or platform deployments.
• B.E./B.Tech mandatory; MBA desirable. Academic exposure a plus.
