DFT Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site DFT Engineer role based in Bengaluru. As a DFT Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting test case generation, functional testing, and executing and validating debug tests to ensure high-quality silicon designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate comprehensive design-for-test strategies for complex System-on-Chips (SoCs). Additionally, you will work to optimize test processes and methodologies to support the development of advanced silicon solutions.

• Proficiency in Test Engineering, Test Cases, and Testing methodologies
• Experience in Test Execution and Functional Testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in high-performance chip design
• Knowledge of DFT methodologies such as scan insertion, ATPG, and JTAG protocols is a plus
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering or a related field
• Experience with tools like Tessent, Synopsys, or Cadence for DFT is highly desirable
