Responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow configuring Incident, Problem, Change modules, customizing creation of forms, configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Email notifications, Inbound email actions, Inbound & Outbound Integrations, Reports, Scheduled Jobs, Flow Designer.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate challenges or issues proactively.
- Develop Custom forms using all ITSM concepts.
- Develop Reports & Dashboards.
- Configure Inbound & Outbound Integrations.
- Collaborate with product and QA teams.
