The Role

Create ad creatives that stop the scroll. You'll design static ads and edit short-form videos for e-commerce and lead generation clients using

AI-assisted workflows to move faster.

What You'll Do

- Design static ad creatives (carousels, banners, single images)

- Edit short-form video ads (15-60 seconds)

- Create multiple variations for A/B testing

- Follow brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries

- Collaborate with media buyers on performance creative

Requirements

- 1-2 years experience in design or video editing

- Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Photoshop

- Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci)

- Strong visual sense typography, color, composition

- Portfolio with ad creatives or social media work

Good to Have

- Motion graphics (After Effects)

- Understanding of what makes ads convert

- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway)
