Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to create, develop, and optimize technical designs for construction, renovation, and engineering projects. The candidate will work closely with project teams to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with client requirements.

• Prepare detailed design drawings, layouts, and plans using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Develop structural, architectural, and MEP designs as per the project scope
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies before final design
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety standards, and regulations
• Review and modify designs based on client feedback and site conditions
• Support cost estimation and material planning
• Assist in troubleshooting design-related issues during execution
• Maintain proper documentation and design records

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Architecture, or related field
• 25 years of experience in design (construction/renovation preferred)
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit / SketchUp
• MS Excel / Project tools
• Strong understanding of:
• Structural systems
• Building materials
• Construction processes
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and coordination ability
