Derivatives Analyst

Role Overview:

We are Hiring for 5+ Years of professionals for Chennai location with part of the Transaction Services team handling trade operations, cash operations, asset servicing, and derivatives processing in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process transactions accurately within timelines; manage escalations and follow-ups
• Resolve trade, cash, and reconciliation breaks
• Handle client/stakeholder queries with strong communication
• Support process improvements and ensure adherence to controls
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage day-to-day operational activities

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Derivatives / Trade Operations / Transaction Services
• Hands-on experience with Aladdin
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of derivatives, collateral management, and multiple asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, etc.)
• Understanding of SWIFT, Corporate Actions, and cash operations
