Learn more about Engineering, AI and Data Your work profile As a Delivery Manager in our Operations Transformation Team youll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: Supporting client related engagements in the areas of Public Finance, Process and technology reforms, Public Expenditure Reforms, Monitoring & Evaluation, Budget process reforms Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products Assist in proposal development, as requested Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients Key Skills : Academic qualification: Chartered Accountant/Masters Degree in Economics/Masters Degree in Business Administration/ Bachelor or Master degree in Technology or any other relevant field Work experience: 4 years plus of work experience Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills Demonstrated teamwork within or outside a work setting. Previous experience of working with Government Department Ability to create analytics use case, Understanding of taxation system in general and GST in particular Ability to handle large sets of data Analytical mindset to access and interpret large data sets Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues. Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills Fluent verbal and written English language skills Past experience of working with Government will be an added advantage Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours.
