Learn more about Engineering, AI and Data Your work profile Should have skills for Azure TFS, Azure Devops , CI/CD, Dockers Kubernetes, scripting languages (e.g., Python), Jenkins, Git. Design, implement, and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines to streamline the software release process. Manage and optimize configuration management processes to ensure consistency across development, testing, and production environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to plan and execute successful software releases. Administer and enhance version control systems, ensuring proper branching and merging strategies are in place. Implement monitoring solutions to detect and resolve build and deployment issues promptly. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for build and release processes and best practices. Key skills required: Education: B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or ECE. Proven experience as a Build and Release Engineer in a senior or lead role of 10+ years. Strong background in software development with proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python). Extensive experience with build tools (e.g., Jenkins) and version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps). Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of configuration management tools. Z Experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
