Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary, solution-oriented technology leader to drive market expansion, large-scale delivery, and revenue growth across enterprise clients.

This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, engineering depth, and strategic leadership to build and scale high-impact technology solutions. You will own end-to-end growthfrom presales to delivery to P&L, while driving customer-centric, outcome-led delivery models and modern engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Growth Leadership

• Define and execute growth strategy across large and emerging accounts
• Build scalable revenue pipelines through consultative selling and robust solutioning
• Identify and convert new market opportunities into transformation deals

End-to-End Delivery Ownership

• Lead presales, solutioning, and delivery execution for complex, large-scale programs
• Manage diverse engagement models:
• Staff Augmentation
• Fixed Price
• Capacity-based
• Outcome-based delivery
• Ensure delivery excellence, governance, and high CSAT across portfolios

P&L Ownership

• Own and manage large P&L portfolios with accountability for revenue, margins, and growth
• Drive financial rigor, operational efficiency, and predictable business outcomes

Engineering & Technology Excellence

• Build and scale high-performing Agile engineering teams
• Lead adoption of modern technology practices, including:
• DevSecOps and SRE culture
• AI / GenAI-led engineering transformation
• Product-centric delivery models
• Define and track engineering KPIs, including:
• Code quality & productivity metrics
• DORA metrics
• GenAI-driven engineering benchmarks

Agile & Product Transformation

• Drive Product Operating Model adoption at scale
• Establish Agile maturity frameworks and outcome-driven performance models
• Bring thought leadership across modern engineering and delivery practices

Stakeholder & Client Leadership

• Engage CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
• Drive long-term strategic partnerships through value-led conversations
• Collaborate with global leadership on business and delivery alignment
• Demonstrate strong communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills

Education

• Bachelors degree in engineering / technology / Related field
• MBA preferred
