Debt Manager

Buona Solutions LLP, a Jaipur-based Debt Recovery Agency, is seeking a Debt Manager for our portfolio management team.

**About the Role:**

Manage debt recovery portfolios for IDFC First Bank, ICICI Bank, and other financial institutions. Oversee portfolio performance, coordinate field operations, and ensure client compliance.

**Requirements:**

3-5+ years in debt recovery/collections

Proven portfolio target achievement

SARFAESI Act knowledge

Strong MIS & reporting skills

Bachelor's degree

**Preferred:**

Banking background | Collection software experience | Rajasthan market knowledge
