Educational Qualification

• Ph.D. in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology from a recognized university.
• Masters degree in the relevant discipline with an excellent academic record.
• Strong academic background with consistently outstanding academic performance.
• Additional certifications, interdisciplinary exposure, international academic collaborations, or significant research contributions will be considered an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1015 years of experience in academia, research, and academic administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in leadership roles such as Professor, Head of Department, Dean, or Academic Administrator.
• Proven expertise in curriculum development, academic governance, interdisciplinary education, and accreditation processes.
• Experience with UGC regulations, NEP 2020 implementation, NAAC accreditation, and other higher education regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
• Strong record of publications, funded research projects, conference participation, and scholarly contributions in Liberal Arts or allied disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic, strategic, and administrative leadership to the School of Liberal Arts.
• Develop and implement innovative interdisciplinary curricula aligned with NEP 2020 and global academic standards.
• Lead faculty recruitment, mentoring, performance enhancement, and academic development initiatives.
• Promote research culture, publications, consultancy, patents, and collaborative academic projects.
• Strengthen industry, institutional, and international collaborations.
• Ensure effective student engagement, mentoring, holistic development, and academic excellence.
• Oversee accreditation, ranking, statutory compliance, and quality assurance processes.
• Foster a culture of critical thinking, creativity, ethics, inclusivity, and innovation.
