Kai Early Years is seeking a motivated and dedicated Daycare Teacher / Early Years Facilitator to support children aged 1 to 6 years. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports childrens intellectual, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning experiences
• Foster childrens curiosity, creativity, and early problem-solving skills
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain high standards of care, safety, and ethical practice

Qualifications & Essential Skills:

• Bachelors degree (Any stream)
• Strong alignment with the Kai Purpose and values
• Genuine passion for holistic child development
• Compassionate, patient, and caring approach to teaching
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Creative mindset with the ability to inspire young learners
