Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Steward to lead data governance initiatives, ensure data quality, and support enterprise data management strategies. The role involves defining data governance standards, monitoring data quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain data integrity and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain data governance frameworks and standards
• Monitor data quality controls and track KPIs to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with business, data, and technology stakeholders to drive governance practices
• Manage data stewardship activities including quality checks, issue resolution, and governance reporting
• Work extensively with governance tools and metadata management solutions
• Support enterprise-level data management initiatives and continuous improvement programs
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment of data initiatives with business priorities

Mandatory Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from a Tier 1 Institute (Mandatory)
• MBA (Mandatory)
• 10+ years of experience in data governance, data stewardship, data quality, or data management
• Hands-on experience with Informatica or similar data governance tools
• Strong expertise in implementing and monitoring data quality controls and KPIs
• Proven experience in stakeholder management across business and technology teams
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Additional Requirement

• Candidates must be from Tier 1 institutes or colleges and currently working with FinTech organizations or Product-based companies.
