What you need:

710 years of experience in Data Science / ML Engineering.

Strong hands-on experience building production-grade recommendation systems.

Practical experience with: LightFM Matrix factorization (ALS, SVD) Deep Learningbased Two-Tower models Ranking and re-ranking strategies

Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and experimental design.

Experience with ML frameworks such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, LightGBM.

Proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy).

Experience deploying ML solutions on AWS, including serverless inference (Lambda).

Experience designing feature stores and data pipelines.

Strong understanding of evaluation metrics, A/B testing, and business impact measurement.

Knowledge of MLOps best practices including CI/CD, containerization, and model monitoring.

Strong analytical thinking and communication ski ls.

Data Scientist
