Role Description

We are hiring for the role of Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist. You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end ML solutions, including building models, developing ML pipelines, deploying solutions on Azure (preferred), and ensuring performance monitoring. Youll work on diverse projects across domains while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver impactful AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Time Series Analysis using ARIMA, SARIMA, LSTMs, etc.
• Apply advanced statistical techniques: Logistic Regression, Cluster Analysis, Factor Analysis, Multivariate Regression, Predictive Modeling.
• Develop solutions with Python and ML frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Pandas, XGBoost, and OpenCV.
• Work on NLP applications: Document Classification, Semantic Similarity, NER, Sentiment Analysis using LSTMs, Attention Models, BERT, Transformers.
• Implement feature engineering, dimensionality reduction (PCA, etc.), hyperparameter tuning, and ensemble methods (Bagging, Boosting, Stacking).
• Deploy and manage ML solutions using Azure ML services (preferred) or other cloud platforms.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines, manage CI/CD workflows, and monitor model performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Work in an Agile environment, ensuring excellence in delivery with respect to quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: UG Any Graduate | PG Any Postgraduate
• 26 years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science
• Strong SQL and ETL knowledge with a critical eye for data quality
• Experience in Azure-based ML solutions and MLOps frameworks
• Ability to multitask and manage engagements across multiple domains
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to pick up new technologies quickly
