About the Role
The Program Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of the Investment Data Governance Program across private and public market datasets. This role ensures that the data governance framework is effectively implemented, operationalized, and embedded into business processes across Investments, Risk, Finance, and Data & Analytics. The role requires strong program governance, cross-functional coordination, and data management expertise to enable high-quality, trusted investment data that supports business decision-making and regulatory commitments.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Data Governance program, ensuring the governance framework is implemented and embedded into daytoday business processes.
- Manage program execution using strong project management practices, including planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, and progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery of governance initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Investment, Risk, Finance, and Data & Analytics, aligning on governance priorities, decision rights, and issue resolution.
- Establish and maintain governance cadence through steering committees, working groups, and governance forums to ensure accountability and sustained engagement.
- Drive prioritization and delivery of key governance activities, including Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data ownership and stewardship, data standards, and data quality remediation actions.
- Oversee implementation of governance tooling (e.g., Collibra) and ensure metadata, lineage, and governance workflows are consistently maintained.
- Partner with Data Quality teams to design, implement, and monitor data quality rules, dashboards, SLAs, and issue management processes.
- Provide structured program reporting, KPIs, risks, and escalations to senior leadership to drive transparency and informed decisionmaking.
- Embed governance operating models into business-as-usual processes by collaborating with data producers, consumers, and operational teams.
- Promote continuous improvement of governance practices, operational workflows, and adoption of data management best practices across domains.
Qualifications
- Candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading largescale data governance or data management programs within complex, multistakeholder environments.
- Strong program and project management skills, including planning, resource coordination, RAID management, steering committee reporting, and executive communication.
- Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, DAMA principles, data ownership models, data standards, and data quality management.
- Proficiency with Collibra or equivalent governance platforms, including metadata management, lineage, and governance workflows.
- Strong domain understanding of investment data across public and private markets, including data flows, CDEs, business rules, and data quality expectations.
- Ability to operationalize governance frameworks and embed controls, standards, and stewardship models into BAU operations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across Investment, Risk, Finance, Technology, and Data & Analytics teams.
- Strong facilitation capabilities to run governance councils, steering committees, and operational working groups.
- Analytical problemsolving mindset with the ability to break down complex issues into actionable steps.
- Experience with KPI/SLA reporting, service governance, and operational metrics.
- High degree of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently while managing crossfunctional delivery.
Required Skills
- Preferred certifications: Collibra, DAMA/CDMP, PMP/PRINCE2.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or program delivery, preferably in financial services or investment management.
