Data Engineering

We are looking for 5-8 years of skilled Data Engineering Specialist with strong expertise in Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metadata management, data lineage, and data governance frameworks, along with strong backend and integration capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain data catalog solutions, including metadata management, search, and collaboration features
• Develop and enforce metadata standards to ensure data consistency, usability, and documentation
• Automate data discovery, curation, and lineage tracking across cloud and on-premise systems
• Implement and monitor data quality metrics to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Integrate data catalog solutions with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise systems
• Develop custom workflows, APIs, and scripts to enhance catalog functionality
• Provide technical support and guidance on data catalog usage and best practices
• Contribute to data governance frameworks and compliance policies

Primary Skillsets (Mandatory) :

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog (CDGC)
• Strong expertise in:
• Metadata Ingestion & Metadata Modeling
• Technical Lineage
• API Integration
• Data Quality Metrics Integration in CDGC
• Hands-on experience with:
• Metadata Command Center (MCC)
• Admin Console (CDGC)
• SQL Backend (MySQL preferred)
• In-depth understanding of CDGC modules (Mandatory)

Secondary Skillsets (Good to Have)

• Exposure to CLAIRE AI services (Informatica)
• Experience with Python and AI-based engines
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF)

Skills Summary
