Data Center Hosting Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Data Center Hosting Engineer to manage and support server infrastructure, virtualization platforms, and operating systems.

The role focuses on ensuring system availability, performance, and smooth data center operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain data center hosting infrastructure.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows Server systems. Administer and support VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter).

Monitor server performance, uptime, and security. Perform system patching, updates, and backups.

Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis.

Support server provisioning and capacity planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution. Maintain technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills Basic knowledge of Linux administration.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server.

Experience in VMware virtualization. Understanding of data center operations and infrastructure.

Knowledge of server, storage, and networking basics.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Qualification BE/B.Tech (Any Stream)
