• Previous experience in product based company is mandatory
• ML model development experience is a plus
• Python
• Statistical analysis and A/B testing
• Excel
• SQL
• Visualisation tools such as Redash / Grafana / Tableau / Power BI
• Bitbucket, Githubs and versioning tools

Roles and Responsibilities :

• To work on product integrations, data collection and sanity checks of the data
• Improving product features for sustainable churn management
• Collection analytics and recovery efficiency improvements
• Work on enhancing subscription collection
• A/B testing for better subscription conversion
• Monitoring of Key business metrics
• Changes monitoring and impact analysis
