Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to manage data, generate insights, and support business decisions. The role involves working with large datasets, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering meaningful reports to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and organize data from multiple sources
• Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards on a regular basis
• Use advanced Excel functions like Pivot Tables and lookup formulas
• Maintain databases with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality
• Update CRM systems and internal tracking records
• Work with different teams to support reporting needs
• Identify gaps in data processes and suggest improvements
• Create ad-hoc reports and presentations for management

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Experience with MIS reporting and CRM tools
