Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Create a scalable data structure for key business performance information

Ensure that business data is collected efficiently from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs)

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs

Present findings in a clear format, including visualizations and summaries

Develop and maintain automated dashboards using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Create high-level dashboards and presentations tailored for senior stakeholders and board members

Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret data results and provide actionable, data-driven recommendations

Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights

Produce and deliver monthly and ad-hoc reports for clients, highlighting key performance metrics, trends and insights

Track and analyze data volumes (e.g., transactions, users, sales, or operations) to monitor performance against targets and contracted thresholds.

Continuously improve reporting processes through automation and process improvements

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Excel and/or SQL

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques

Problem-solving and critical thinking

Communication skills for explaining insights to non-technical teams

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

5-8 years of work experience.

Relevant certifications (optional but helpful)

Python (Pandas, NumPy)

Tableau / Power BI

Data warehouses (Big Query, Snowflake)

Location: Bangalore (Open for hybrid work model in this year)
