POSITION: Retail Customer Support Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer interactions through designated support channels.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining service quality standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and brand representation.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS

• Annual CTC: 4.2 LPA Monthly CTC: 35,000
• Approximate Monthly In-Hand: 32,000
• Additional incentives over and above salary.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• 5 Days Working Per Week
• 9-Hour Rotational Shifts (Including 1 Hour Break)
• Effective Working Hours: 8 Hours Per Day
• Rotational Weekly Offs ELIGIBILITY
• Undergraduate with 6month Experience & Graduate Fresher Candidates Can Apply
• Minimum Age: 18 Years Candidates pursuing regular/full-time courses are not eligible.

LEAVE POLICY:

• No planned leaves allowed during the first 3 months of employment.
