Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an Inbound, NonSales Process where candidates will handle customer queries, service requests, and issue resolution through inbound calls. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problemsolving, customer interaction, and working in a professional BPO environment without any sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolving customer queries, complaints, and service requests
  • Providing accurate information regarding services, policies, or processes
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and firstcall resolution
  • Identifying customer concerns and offering appropriate solutions
  • Updating and maintaining accurate customer records in the system
  • Following quality standards, compliance guidelines, and SOPs
  • Coordinating with internal teams when required for issue resolution
  • Meeting performance metrics related to quality, TAT, and customer experience


Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
  • Comfortable handling inbound calls and customer interactions
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts


Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Understanding of inbound customer support processes
  • Strong verbal communication skills (English / Hindi)
  • Good problemsolving and analytical abilities
  • Active listening and empathy towards customer issues
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, data entry)
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Teamoriented mindset with customerfirst approach
  • Knowledge of BPO operations and customer service etiquette


Compensation & Benefits

  • Inhand Salary: 25,000 28,000 per month
  • Stable fixed salary (no sales pressure)
  • Rotational shifts (day/night as per roster)
