About the Role
We are seeking experienced Customer Support Technical Support Specialists to join our team for Rotimatic Plus and Rotimatic Next product lines. This role involves handling hardware issues, roti quality concerns, and technical troubleshooting calls from customers across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Rotimatic hardware and software-related issues.
- Address and resolve roti quality queries with clear guidance and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer calls and remote support sessions with professionalism and empathy.
- Document issues, resolutions, and escalate complex cases to engineering teams when required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions.
- Work night shifts to support international customers.
Requirements
- 26 years of experience in technical support / customer support roles (preferably in consumer hardware or tech product companies).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Ability to work independently in a remote/WFH environment.
- Flexible to work night shifts-US, Canada shifts.
- Immediate availability preferred.
