Hiring: Operations Support Specialist (BPO)

Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (On-site)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer support, order management, or operations and be comfortable working with ticketing systems like Zendesk.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer support tickets and order-related queries
• Update tracking, shipment, and order information accurately
• Investigate order discrepancies and shipping issues
• Follow SOPs to resolve operational exceptions
• Maintain accurate documentation and escalate complex cases when required
• Meet daily productivity and quality KPIs

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Operations, Data Entry, or Order Management
• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing tools is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good written English and communication ski
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
