This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide solutions to support-related issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and resolve troubleshooting concerns. You will represent the company as the first point of contact for customers, delivering clear and professional assistance through various communication channels.

• Capability to perform detailed Troubleshooting to resolve technical or operational issues

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Intercom, or similar is preferred
• Relevant experience in a customer-facing or support role is a plus
