As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providers, and stakeholdersplaying a key role in ensuring seamless communication and care coordination.

What Youll Do

Patient & Provider Support

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
  • Provide accurate information on services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve concerns empathetically and escalate when needed

Appointment Scheduling

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate with providers and handle scheduling conflicts

Compliance & Quality

  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations including HIPAA
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation

Administrative Support

  • Update CRM/EHR systems with precision
  • Support patient outreach and internal coordination


What Were Looking For

Experience: 12 years in customer service (Healthcare preferred)

Communication: Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)

Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM, EHR systems & MS Office

Core Strengths: Empathy, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset

Education: Any Degree

  • Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare regulations
  • Experience in medical scheduling or patient coordination
