Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Associate, located in the Hidden Hills of Dehradun. The Customer Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. Tasks may include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing sales orders, and managing courier partners.

Skills Required:

• Strong written & verbal communication skills (clear, friendly, human not robotic)
• Fluent in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Basic understanding of customer handling across chat, email, and calls
• Problem-solving mindset
• Good organizational skills (can manage multiple tickets/orders without messing up)
• Familiarity with Google Sheets / basic data handling
• Ability to stay calm with difficult or frustrated customers
• Attention to detail (order IDs, addresses, tracking etc)
• Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows (orders, returns, shipping) is a plus
• Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp, email, and CRM dashboards like zoho desk

Roles and Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences across calls & emails

Assist customers with orders, tracking, returns, and issue resolution across channels, prioritizing swift solutions

Continuously strive to improve and innovate customer experiences across all touchpoints

Being in touch with the courier partners to raise issues like: weight discrepancy, lost packages, etc

Ability to work independently and collaboratively
