We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our call center team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with prior experience handling inbound service-based calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and complaints with effective solutions
  • Manage inbound calls and ensure timely resolution
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Provide accurate information using appropriate tools
  • Follow communication guidelines and processes consistently


Requirements

  • Excellent communication in Hindi & English (Mandatory)
  • Strong phone handling & active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability


Job Details

  • Rotational shifts: Morning shifts
  • Weekend working (any one day in Weekdays off)
  • 6 months probation period
