Role Description :
Were hiring Customer Support Executives for Babli
Location: Khokhra (Near Maninagar), Ahmedabad
Full-time, On-site
Were looking for people who are:
Good at Hindi & English communication
Comfortable handling WhatsApp, Instagram, email & customer call support
Calm, patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented while handling customers
Familiar with Shopify, Shiprocket, Delhivery, Unicommerce, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp API tools like Interakt, Bitespeed, Spur, etc.
Freshers can apply. Prior D2C/e-commerce experience is a plus.
Salary:
Freshers after probation period : 18,000 to 22,000
Experienced candidates (1-2 yrs): 23,00030,000
(Based on experience, communication skills & performance)
