Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Bengaluru, Chennai. The role involves managing customer inquiries, providing online and on-site support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels. The Customer Support Executive will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and proactively providing information and solutions to meet their needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to provide outstanding assistance.
- Ability to handle Online Support and deliver excellent Customer Satisfaction outcomes.
- Experience in Technical Support to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively under deadlines.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a plus.
