Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working in US shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred

• Deliver exceptional customer service through voice support
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach
• Escalate complex issues when required
