Customer Care Executive Domestic E-commerce Process

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (9.5 hours) | 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-offs

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chat support.
• Resolve customer concerns, issues, and escalations efficiently.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining service quality standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.

Salary & Benefits

• CTC: 18,000 per month
• In-hand Salary: 14,500 per month
• PLI Bonus: Approx. 1,000 per month
