About the Role Airline Customer Support (Voice):
This role involves assisting airline customers through inbound voice calls. You will help passengers with booking
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound voice calls regarding airline services.
Assist with bookings, rescheduling, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related queries.
Provide empathetic, clear, and customer-focused communication.
Follow airline compliance and process guidelines.
Maintain accurate documentation in the system.
Resolve issues efficiently or escalate if needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
Communication Skill: B2 level (SVAR 54; Typing 25 WPM with 90% accuracy)
Education: - Graduate freshers accepted - Undergraduates require minimum 6 months relevant experience
Strong customer service orientation.
Comfortable with rotational shifts
Salary:
26,000 In-hand
