Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an Airlines process handling voice, non-voice, and chat support. This opportunity is open to graduates (freshers) and undergraduates with relevant experience who are flexible with shifts and eager to work in a dynamic customer service environment.

CTC & Benefits

  • CTC: 4.18 LPA
  • One-way transportation facility provided

Work Schedule

  • Rotational shifts
  • Must be flexible with night shifts
  • 5 days working with rotational weekly offs

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries related to airline services via calls, emails, and chat
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Maintain quality and compliance standards
  • Document customer interactions accurately
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education:Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience, OR
  • Graduate freshers can apply
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Comfortable working from office in Mumbai (Malad)
