Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an Airlines process handling voice, non-voice, and chat support. This opportunity is open to graduates (freshers) and undergraduates with relevant experience who are flexible with shifts and eager to work in a dynamic customer service environment.

Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts
- Must be flexible with night shifts
- 5 days working with rotational weekly offs
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to airline services via calls, emails, and chat
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions
- Maintain quality and compliance standards
- Document customer interactions accurately
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:Undergraduate with minimum 6 months of experience, OR
- Graduate freshers can apply
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Comfortable working from office in Mumbai (Malad)
