Job Opening: Customer Care Executive (Real Estate Sales Process)

Location: Malad, Mumbai

Shift: Night Shift (10:00 PM 7:00 AM)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a Real Estate Sales process. The role involves interacting with NRI and High Net Worth clients based overseas and promoting premium properties in India.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to NRI/HNI clients

Pitch and promote real estate investment opportunities in India

Build strong client relationships and handle inquiries

Follow up on leads and drive conversions

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Undergraduate

Minimum 1+ year experience in BPO Sales (international calling required)

Excellent communication skills in English

Strong articulation and persuasion skills

Shift Requirement

Must be comfortable working night shifts (10 PM 7 AM)

247 shift flexibility required
