• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Explain ongoing and upcoming real estate projects to prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property options.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up regularly with interested customers and maintain lead conversion records.
• Maintain and update customer data internal databases.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to property sales and provide accurate information.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a professional communication experience.

• Minimum 02 years of experience in customer service/sales (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients over calls for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel systems will be an added advantage.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Professional communication style.
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently.
• Experience in lead generation and follow-up processes.
• Interest in sales and the real estate industry preferred.
