Role: Customer Service Representative US Healthcare (Voice Process)

Location: Hiranadani Gardens, Powai.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass) required

Freshers (HSC/Graduate) can apply

Candidates with minimum 6 months of BPO experience are preferred

Excellent English communication skills required

Shift Details:

5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

US Rotational Night Shifts

Transport Facility:

Home Pick-up & Drop available for shifts starting or ending between 8:00 PM 6:30 AM

Nodal Pick-up/Drop Points:

• Andheri East (for Western Line candidates)
• Vikhroli (for Central & Harbour Line candidates)

Job Role:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US healthcare clients

Resolve customer queries related to healthcare services

Provide accurate information while maintaining high customer service standards

Maintain call quality and productivity targets
